2026 FIFA World Cup: A New Scale of Football Celebration

The summer of 2026 promises to be a landmark year for the world of football. The 23rd FIFA World Cup will be held in June and July, and this will be the first World Cup in which 48 teams will play in the final. The final is scheduled for July 19, a day that will go down in history.

The tournament will be hosted by three countries at once: the United States, Canada and Mexico. This unprecedented collaboration will bring together 16 cities - from Mexico City to Vancouver, from New York to Los Angeles. Such a scale will ensure not only geographical diversity, but also an unprecedented reach of fans from all over the continent.

The increase in the number of participants to 48 teams has made important changes to the tournament format. Now we are waiting for 12 groups of 4 teams. Not only the two best teams from each group, but also the 8 best teams that took third place will advance to the playoffs. Thus, the tournament will have a 1/16 final stage for the first time.

The draw system remains the same: the tournament hosts — the USA, Canada and Mexico — are in the first basket, as are the strongest teams according to the FIFA rankings. Each group will be formed taking into account the confederations in order to avoid cross-matches between teams from the same region, with the exception of Europe.

The 2026 World Cup is not just a sporting event, it is a real football festival that will unite millions of fans. Don't miss your chance to become part of this story — you can buy tickets on our website now.
